The first racing weekend of The Minion!

A lot of wheelspin in the gears, 1, 2 and 4. Upon returning, we saw the car had eaten the left slick by braking too hard. We decided to choose for different slicks. Which meant a switch from 24.5 to 26 inches because we got some speed deficit at the end of track. The front had to be made suitable for these new slicks. It became night work.. Thanks Xander Groning / GWS Performance, for helping us out with this! Great job.
 
Saturday was a bit disappointing, no good run this day. We had some problems with the car that need to be solved.
 
After all we look back on a successful first racing weekend. Michael has put down a great time of 10.1 with The Minion, to be proud of! On to the next racing weekend of Juli 1 until Juli 3: DHRA Dragracing Drachten "What a WKND"
